Session 1: Identify What Is Hurting Your Team

- Examine how adult behavior affects staff morale and student success.
- Establish clear expectations for teamwork and professionalism.
Session 2: Confront Problems and Restore Accountability
- Practice direct, respectful conversations about harmful behavior.
- Address conflict and repeated violations of team expectations.
- Build consistent systems for accountability and follow-through.
Session 3: Build and Sustain a Winning Team
- Strengthen trust, communication, and shared responsibility.
- Develop a team agreement and a 30-day improvement plan.
- Establish routines to monitor progress and reinforce positive practices.
Participants leave with: practical communication tools, clear team expectations, and an action plan for lasting improvement.

I hope all is well. Thank you for your support of Dr. Jackson this year. We greatly appreciate y[our commitment to student success.
This was clearly our toughest school year with mass increases in teacher burnout, student fighting, workplace trauma, and mental health challenges nationwide. However, with Dr. Jackson’s support and guidance, we have seen many of our schools and districts continue to thrive and report above-normal graduation rates, academic growth (via test scores), improved understanding of and approach to negative student behavior, and improvement in school culture and climate.
If you continue with our proven growth and improvement process, you will win big time. Our 2025–26 school year will be extremely exciting, with Dr. Jackson headlining over 12 major conferences as the keynote speaker and maintaining a 175-day site-visit travel schedule in 23 states and two countries. I’m working on the calendar for the school year now. And, as always, our existing partners have first access to Dr. Jackson’s calendar.
